Job Description and skill set required:
-Studying and identifying client process and evaluating key functional areas needed for improvisation which includes Marketing, Material Management, CRM, HR.
-Preparing Customization flows.
-Product installation & configuration.
-Actively contributed in product development based on the customer experiences.
-Assisting in Planning development & testing process and creating functional testing scenarios
-Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction.
-Manage completion implementation projects within the time allotted for each project
-Manage all configuration communications externally and internally
-Strong written and verbal business communication skills
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Proven problem solving capabilities
-Understanding of systems development methodologies
-Should have good communication skills. Both English and hindi
-Willing to travel
