Asterisk, pbx, ip -, pbx, sip.
Should have worked on: IP based Call Center.
Dial Plan in Asterisk.
Good understanding of VXML and IVR development.
Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, SS7.
Prior working on voice cards, media gateway, WebRTC etc.
Ability to handle team and coordinate with them.
Interview Process: Telephonic and face to face interview.
