Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance of Preventive, Predictive & equipment overhauling schedules.
  • Daily equipment health checking.
  • Based on Maintenance work order, Maintenance jobs schedule Daily interaction with Joint Manger/Shift Engineer of urea plant.
  • Effective field supervision for zero defect maintenance.
  • Analysis of defects and take remedial action. Avoid job repetition & implement horizontal replication
  • Standardization & improvement in maintenance work method to achieve best maintenance quality using RCM & FMEA analysis tool.
  • Training & Guidance to Foreman Mechanical for maintenance jobs.
  • Preparation, analysis and distribution of monthly report of planned maintenance, breakdown, improvement etc.
