Profile Offered: Electrical Engineers/Technicians

Job Location: Delhi, Jaipur, Hisar

Course Specialization: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Technical qualification background (ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical) with a minimum 0-2 years of experience is required.
  • Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical work.
  • Must have understanding and hands-on experience on site components such as Rack, DCDB, ACDB, Power Plant, Earthing etc.
  • Must have hands on experience on Drill machine, multimeter, cables, cable cutting, routing, pliers, sleeves, Hot air gun and crimping.
  • Act as the primary point for managing and resolving customer service technical support issues
  • Provide first level 24x7x365 escalation support for customers.
  • Elevate client experience by demonstrating ownership and empathy to clients over all modes of communication - Call, Chat and Email.
  • Ready to allocate anywhere on Pan India location.
