1. Education Counsellor (inside sales)
Working days: Roster off (Saturday-sunday working)
Shift timings : 11AM - 8 PM & 1 PM -10 PM
Reporting to: Manager/ TL -Retail sales
The Education Counsellor shall be a part of the fast growing Alternate sales group and shall be accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market segment, and sales target.
The Education Counsellor is responsible for his/her sales productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results.
• Dealing with the existing customers over phone call/ presentations regarding the product and convert them into paid customer.
• Lead would be provided by the company. (Deal with our registered customers but they are free users / turn free customers into the premium customers).
• No Cold Calling required; lead fixed by the Company - Only role is to talk to the customer and convert into sales.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
CTC: 3.8 LPA - 4.2 LPA (including 1 LPA Variable)
Remuneration: Fixed Salary (based on experience, candidature and current salary) + Incentives + Mediclaim + Retirement Benefits (Leave Encashment, Gratuity) based on the statutory parameters.
2. Education Executive / Sr. Education Executive
Working days: Tuesday fixed off (Wednesday- Monday working)
Reporting to: Manager/ TL - Direct sales
The BDE shall be a part of the fast growing Alternate sales group and shall be accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and sales targets.
The BDE is responsible for his/her sales productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on company results.
- Relevant Sales Experience (At least 6 Months) OR FRESHER
- Working on the given data, fixing meetings and visiting the client.
- Visiting customer venue and giving demos and presentations regarding the product.
- Convert the leads into sales.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Candidate must have his own conveyance & Android phone
- Must be comfortable traveling within assigned region daily for client meetings.
CTC: 5 LPA - 6 LPA (including 2.4 LPA Variable)
Remuneration: Fixed Salary (based on experience, candidature and current salary) + Incentives + Mediclaim + Conveyance + Telephone Reimbursement + Retirement Benefits (Leave Encashment, Gratuity) based on the statutory parameters.
