Job location: Makati

Target Batch Passout: 2016/2017
Salary: PHP 25,000/- to PHP 45,000/- per month(Final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and his/her experience)

Job Description and Skill Set Required :-
-Candidate will have to organize promotions.
-Work with shipping companies to reduce transportation costs and make advertising decisions.
-Generate and update website content such as products, content, and promotions.
-Manage website configuration and parameters such as payment options and stock management.
-Create banners, images, promotions, etc. for display on the website, using products like Photoshop.
-Work with agencies to build traffic and sales via the website (agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc.)
-Liase with e-commerce agency regarding the day to day management of the website.
-Evaluate approaches and strategies to improve website sales conversions and customer engagement.
-Test and deploy functional projects and improvements.
-Plan, define, and implement website changes and functional improvements.
-Investigate and report any operational and technical issues arising.
-Liase with internal resources regarding the day-to- day management of the website.
-Understand and develop sources of traffic (and factors that influence it) such as email, SEQ, Social
-Media, affiliates catalogues etc.
-Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
-Experienced in marketing and technology.
-Excellent level of service to the business.
-Yearns for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
-Ideally uses Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, social media.
-In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software.
-Knowledgeable of online trends.
-Strong technical and online selling skills (ex. Lazada).
-Ability to critique and Advise E-Commerce Team
-Ability to multitask effectively and solve problem when needed.
-Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
-Creative, pragmatic and eager to learn.
-Expert in written and verbal communication.
