Job Description -
- Developing E-Commerce strategy & building a roadmap
- Looking into daily operations/orders/customers
- Data management for new products
- Inventory control, manage logistics, supply chain
- Advise clients on improving Product Catalog, Search, SEO, supply chain, cart, payment gateway integration, marketplace models, inventory, personalization, loyalty program etc.
- Track weekly Marketplace performance metrics and implement strategy to improve these metrics
- Lead projects and objectives that improve operations of the marketplace department
- Uncover and execute new initiatives that will improve the customer experience and increase overall business
- Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly
- Provide analytic reports of online sales
