Job Description:
-Perform RF drive testing to carry out propagation and signal measurement, Devise test plans,test site scheduling, equipment calibration and setup, RF signal measurement and dataanalysis
-Optimization of the network by changing physical parameters like Antenna azimuth,mechanical & Electrical tilt, antenna orientation etc for an optimum coverage & Quality.
-Analysis of various parameters such as RX Level, RX Quality, C/I, C/A, SQI, BER, FER, DTX etc. for 2G network
-Analysis of various parameters such as RSCP, Ec/Io, Eb/No, RSSI, SCR, neighbor missing analysis etc. for 3G network
-Analysis of various parameters such as RSRP, SINR, BLER, RSRQ and DL & UL Throughput
-Drive test for IRAT (3G-2G) handover, (2G-3G) handover, IRAT (4G-3G) handover, (3G-4G) ,handover, video call, HSDPA, HSUPA, Ping, Drive test for, HSDPA, HSUPA, Ping.
-Interference detection & Rectification, Sector Swapping, Frequency scanning & Neighbor optimization.
-To find the causes of the call drops, blocked calls, handover failure, poor quality, poor C/I,interference etc.


Skill Set Required:
-Good understanding of network communication.
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Microsoft office (word, excel etc.)
-Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
-Articulate in thought process & presentation skills
-Flexible to travel and relocate across India and work under aggressive project time scales
