Job Location: Mehrauli, Delhi/NCR

Desired experience: 1.5 to 2.5 years

Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/M-Tech/MCA (CS/IT)

Probation/Training Period: 6 to 12 months (depending upon candidate’s skills)

Target Batch Pass out: 2013/2014/2015

Salary: INR 2.4 LPA

Job Description:

Mandatory Requisitions:

Basic understanding on application coding languages like .Net/C sharp , database administration, (SQL/ DB2/Oracle) scripting languages and  middleware technologies(IIS, Websphere, RCA etc.)​​

Key goals & responsibilities as an Application Support Professional

-Writing Advanced SQL Queries including procedure and functions (Highly Important)

-Maintain high level of customer satisfaction

-Maintain clear and concise ticket documentation with all required data and fields

-Escalate service requests and issues appropriately

-Exercise independent thought within defined procedures and practices

-Manage database clean-ups, schedule and maintain back-ups.

-Prepare for and support new products within technical area

-Daily Status Reports

-Documentation.

PROJECT you will be involved in:  

-Domestic fast growing telecom company- with office in Mehrauli, MG Road, building the ERP backend for their entire operations ( integrated billing across 80+ countries/ networks, CRM, stores, inventory, customer databases, portal, new product launches, forex cards, etc)  

Skill Set Required:

Self driven person with sharp IQ having 1-2 years Experience in Application support 

-Dot Net 2.0/ 3.5 / 4.0 (VB.net or C Sharp + Asp.Net) with good OOPs concepts and .net framework fundamentals

-Programming knowledge and troubleshooting of code (C/C++/.Net/VB etc.)

-SQL Server 2008/ 2012

-Good at RDBMS concepts

-Should have good knowledge in T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, User Defined Function, Views, indexing etc.

-Database Jobs/Scheduler

-Crystal Reports / SSRS

-Windows services or  web services (SOAP services or WCF services)

-Should have any one of the scripting language knowledge - JavaScript, J-Query, Ajax

-Exceptional trouble shooting ability 

 -Average verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal teams.

-Basic office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
