Job Description  and Skill Set Required: 

 -Strong Coding and development skills on C#, Asp.net .
-Excellent problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills
-Extensive technical supervision and mentoring to technical team
-AJAX, JQuery , Java Script experience is must.
-Responsible & Managing all documentation needs identified during various stages of the project
-Task scheduling and management.
-Product Life Cycle experience desirable 
-Must have hands on Experience on Object Oriented Programming 
-Good handle of MVC, WCF, SOA & Design patterns,
-Strong experience in Good exposure to Productivity tools like Perfmon, NAnts.
