Salary: During Training Period: INR 2500 per month
              After Training Period: INR 1.2 LPA - INR 1.68 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Tentative date of joining: Within one week of Offer

Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Skill Set Required:
- Graduation completed, holding certificate
- Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills ( English and Hindi )
- should have knowledge of computer skills

Mandatory Required:
- Candidate should have Laptop / Desk top + android mobile phone version 5.1 and above
- High Speed - Wi-Fi - Internet Connection
- Language – Proficiency- English & Hindi
- Silent room to work
- The candidate will have to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Note:
- Virtual training - maximum 3 Weeks
- Average 4 to 5 hours of process training--Virtual 24 Days -Successful Completion you will onboard.
