Since Drishtee’s inception in 2000, it has had several successes and failures , learning’s from over the years has resulted in the evolution of an integrated approach which it calls the \\\'4C\\\' model. 


Salary Details: INR 1.2 LPA - INR 3 LPA (Negotiable- Depends on candidates experience and performance in interview).

Desired Experience: 0-5 Years

Tentative Date Of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate

Job Description: 

Plan, setup and manage the training centre in a professional manner.

Identify and develop partnerships with organizations interested in hiring our candidates; focus on finding opportunities at the district level.

Mobilization of candidates in the districts to achieve the target.

Marketing and promotion to ensure batch formation of adequate size.

Monitoring Training Delivery Quality in all the training centers.

Periodically audit of training centers.

Prepare monthly progress reports to presented to the relevant Government Departments and Project Manager.

Liaison with District level Government officials as and when required.

Job location would be Madhubani, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Begusarai, Khagaria, Purnia.

Skills Required: 

Ability to implement the program in the given timeline and within budget.

Planning and budgeting.

Knowledge of computers and good communication skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to carry on mobilization activities for effective implementation.

Ability to liaison with government and private agencies.

Experience in organizing trainings esp. vocational trainings.

Good training/capacity building skills.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.


B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, MBA
