Job Description:

The trainee engineer's responsibilities include attending meetings, conducting desktop and field research, performing all practical and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor, traveling to other sites when required, assisting on projects, offering suggestions for improvement, and writing up reports

Skill Set Required:

•Relevant degree in engineering.
•Experience in a technical field would be advantageous.
•A driver's license may be required.
•Proficiency in mathematics.
•Analytical and critical thinking skills.
•Good communication skills.
•Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
•Ability to work in a team.
•Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.

Course specialization: Diploma from Tool Design /Tool Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / or equivalent stream.

Academic % Criteria 10th,12th, Graduation: 65% and above % / CGPA

Probation/Training Period: 6 months

Stipend:
Trainee with a Stipend for B.E / B.Tech - ECE / EEE.
* Rs. 10,000 per month for 1st month to 3rd month
* Rs. 15,000 per month for 4th month to 6th month

Trainee with a Stipend for B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical or related streams .
* Rs. 10,000 per month for 1st month to 3rd month

Salary:

DET- Embedded & Digital (ECE/EEE/CSE/Mechatronics/IT)

Initial CTC offered:- 2,00,000 LPA
Completion of 1 year- 3,00,000 LPA
Completion of 2 years - 4,00,000 LPA

DET for Design and Mechanical:

Initial CTC offered:- 2,00,000 LPA
Completion of 1 year- 2,80,000 LPA
Completion of 2 years - 3,75,000 LPA

Bond: 3 Years non-breakable bond.
