Job Description:
-Do lead generation, existing clients relationship management, data reporting etc, as a remote offshore center to Support Dubai operations.
-Pre Sales and related operations on behalf of National Telecom Operator of Dubai, UAE. Also to cross sell and up-sell ICT solutions and services like google, IBM etc to our existing 5000+ clients.
-Working from India to pitch du Telecom, Dubai Products & Services for Enterprise Businesses (Corporates). Cross selling and up-selling to existing corporate accounts / Relationship of ours.
-Work in coordination with Dubai Team and give remote assistance, use electronic tools like email, social media, whatsapp etc.
-Work involves interacting with decision makers of companies like CFO’s, IT Heads, Directors etc. Also to talk to end customers for Consumer services.

Skills Set Required:
-Good English communication Skills
-Digital Skills, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing. Powerpoint and Excel skills,
-Technical evaluation skills, ability to sell technical products and Services.
-Good ICT know how of smartphones, mobile plans, commercials involved with Technology product and services for SME (Small and mid size enterprises)
-Cloud Packages offered by various service provider like google for work, IBM lotus notes etc.
-Quickly grasping/Learning ability for the features of new products & services and pitch to our existing client base of 5000 corporate/enterprise customers in UAE

-Technical and Final HR Round (Face to Face)
