-Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
-Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
-Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
-Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
-Overseeing the social media strategy.
-Managing the redesign of website.
-Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
-Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
-Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
-Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
-Track trainee progress and update deviation from Lesson Plan.
-Give individual feedback to every trainee with a view to improve their performance on a day-to-day basis which ensures a high batch throughput.
-Create and publish batch Performance Reports.
-Track batch attendance and process other attendance / exit / discipline related issues.
Skill Set Required:
-The incumbent must have minimum 3 years of experience in different modules of Digital Marketing Campaign i.e; SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.
-Should be Innovative and Passionate about his work.
-Should have pleasant personality.
-Must posses Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
-Should be open to work 6 days a week.
-We would welcome such candidates who posses strong understanding in Digital Marketing and has their willingness to work as a full time trainer.
-Someone who have been imparting training in the same domain for minimum 1 year would be a added advantage to us.
