Job Description:
Implement successful Digital Marketing strategies to enhance the business objectives.
The incumbent will be responsible for strategizing, implementing and continuous optimization of online marketing campaigns for various channels especially Google and social campaigns like Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Take charge, plan, implement & manage digital marketing strategies to raise traffic, social fan base. Will be responsible for brand visibility.
Manage budgets effectively. Digital media planning and buying new customer acquisition and retention. Tracking and monitoring of key internet marketing metrics i.e., bounce rate, open rates, click-through percent, conversion rate, CPM, CPA, CPC etc.
Development and execution of annual digital communication plans in sync with annual brand marketing plan.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns for all the brands.
Designing, reviewing & managing the social media strategy for the all the brands.
Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
As per requirement managing complete digital activities in house.
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes .
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels .
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize; spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Skills
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Analyzing performance month over month and use the inferences derived for improving account performance
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Skills Required:
Experience with SEO Tools: Google analytics, SEO Moz, Google Webmaster tool, Bing webmaster tool, Majestic, Link analysis tools, competitor analysis tools, other link and keyword research tools.
Technically savvy with Content Management tools like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal.
Experience with A/B and multi-variant experiments.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Ability to set the vision and lead the digital interpretation of our strategy.
Should be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and hit deadlines with, at times, minimal oversight
Must have team management and team handling skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Should have Excellent English communication skills.
