Job Description:  
- Work in conjunction with the leadership team to define and implement key digital marking initiatives that drive new leads through web properties. This will include managing the company blog, social media, e-mail campaigns, and all other digital platforms
- Track and manage campaign effectiveness across digital platforms to help inform and guide long-term marketing strategy
- Partner with the sales team lead to achieve company revenue targets from both new and existing accounts
- Cultivate new business through effective messaging campaigns
- Assist with internal marketing communications throughout the business

Skill Set Required:  
- Mastery of traditional digital and social media platforms – facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Detail-oriented and precise in communications
- Strong team player that will be able to collaborate across departments. This will be key to the success of the candidate
- Humble and coachable
- Adaptable to startup work
- Evidence of effective data-driven decision making
- Coding or design experience a bonus
