About The Company:

​Zelo is a young funded startup that aims to create a branded marketplace for bachelor accommodations including Paying Guests, Serviced Apartments and Independent Flats. We aim at providing our clients trusted and comfortable living. Our branded PGs provide the best amenities at the best price.

Our goal is to provide comfortable individual stays to our customers. We pride ourselves in maintaining standard quality across all our centers by maintaining a strict process of regular audit and becoming the interface between the clients and the PG Owners. We started in April 2015 in in Bangalore and are working fast to expand to other cities in India very soon.

Stipend: INR 10,000/- INR - 15,000/- per month

Probation Period: 3 - 6 month

-Candidates will be absorbed based on their performance in training period

-Salary will be revised as per the company's norms and on basis of their performance in Training Period

Job Description:

-Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database,email, social media and display advertising campaigns

-Design, build and maintain our social media presence

-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

-Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

-Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

-Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

-Evaluate emerging technologies

-Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
