About the Company:

SuperX Growth Hackers is a team lead by passionate entrepreneurs and growth hackers who live and love hacking growth for startups. From our experience in working with startups, we saw many startups overlooking the budget for marketing and spend a good amount of money in bad marketing. Our goal is to disrupt the way startup do marketing and promotions to reach out to their customers. We are on the mission to achieve 10x growth at 3x cost efficient. We work closely with startups and corporate teams to co-develop their brand marketing and growth strategies. We run experiments along the lean marketing funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue) to identify company-specific growth drivers that can then be scaled further to achieve long-term growth.

Salary: INR 2  LPA - INR  5 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization:Any Graduate /MBA

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-As a social media manager you would be managing social media accounts of multiple clients.
-Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
-Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
-Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
-Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
-Reports progress to senior marketing management
-Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest etc.
-Researches and monitors activity of company competitors- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
