Job Description:
- The candidate will work as Digital Marketing Executivewith the Senior Team of SalesRocket to implement the Digital Marketing Strategies for various clients of SalesRocket.
- Initiate and launch all paid Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin/Twitter ad campaigns. Prior exposure to handling this work and knowledge of the processes of running and managing ad campaigns will be an advantage.
- Managing Social Media pages and Social Media presence of all clients
- Work on all Software tools for Digital Marketing to improve social media presence of the clients and also to improve their lead generation. The candidate will get access to the latest top rated software tools for Digital Marketing which they will need to learn and then use them for effective results. He/She should be comfortable trying out new software tools.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Should be comfortable with numbers and analytics.
- Manage all Email marketing campaigns including creating the campaigns and running them. Good command over English language is necessary to be able to create these campaigns effectively. Knowledge of additional languages like Spanish/French/German will be an advantage.
- Manage all Whatsapp/SMS campaigns including managing and posting on various groups and handling responses.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Working with the creative team to ensure all creatives are made in time and as per requirements of the campaign
- Blog Writing - Writing of blogs using tools to be provided by SalesRocket
- All client management related work including offers to be sent to customers and handling all inbound queries of the clients and responding to them in a timely manner
- Any other work that may be assigned from time to time. You will be working with the Sales Head and MD of the company, so there may be work in addition to the above mentioned work that may need to be done.

Skill Set Required:
- Good English communication skills both written and oral
- Good Analytical skills to be able to understand analytics of multiple reports and create strategy accordingly
- Should be comfortable to work on new software tools. Knowledge of basic IT skills will be an advantage
- Candidate should be self driven with an ambition to grow and learn and should be able to handle multiple roles and responsibilities at the same time. Work pressure will be high.
- Having a creative bent of mind will be an advantage
- Having knowledge of Digital Marketing Skills will be an advantage Growth opportunities in terms of work role and exposure are very good for the right candidate who is able to generate results
