Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Create and execute strategy/ plan for digital marketing (Social media + SEM and SEO) in line with business objectives
- Excelled in SEO (Site analysis: URL Analysis, XML Site Map Installation, SEM Strategy & Plan, Code Analysis, Working with HTML Source Code, Canalisation, 404 Page Creation, Website Pages, On Page Optimization, Off Page Optimization)
- Google Ad words Management (Video Ads, PPC, Video Ads, Text Ads, Banner Ads and others) and Social Media Campaign management (Organic SMO and Paid Campaign)
- Create strategy for Conversion Rate Optimization and Customer Acquisition Framework
- Day-to-day Social Media Management for clients in various genres - Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Aerobics and many more
- Content Development and Creative Design for Social Media, Website, Blogs, Branding Collaterals etc.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/ CorelDraw and other editing & animation software
- Research & Implementation of new Social Media strategies.
- Manage and own end to end execution of campaigns
- Deal with agencies and also help with offline marketing activities as need be

Skill-set required:
- Understanding of Online platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ is a must.
- Must have a flair for writing.
- Any experience in the field will be preferred,
- One with a sense of urgency with no compromise in quality and willingness along with ability to work independently on initiatives from conceptualization to execution, and do things in a structured.
