We operate out of a brand new state of the art facility in India with a capacity of 750 physical seats that can support 2000+ FTE’s. All the seats are fully equipped to support voice as well as data services. We have an office in the US from where we manage connectivity and logistics within North America.

-Supervise Design, Installation and Operation of Dialer system.
- Day-to-day CIM management (Agent, Campaign, Report, Recording & Problem Management)
- Dialer Performance Optimization
-Work closely with the Operations/WFM to understand strategy for programs.
-Ensure all Dialer related issues/requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel.
-Perform daily checklist and review of logs generated by CIM systems.
-Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures.
-Ensure availability of Data for operations / WFM for report generation.
Skills Set Required:
-Candidate should have knowledge of Linux, SQL, PHP, MS-Office.
*Note – Candidate must be fine with doing night shifts.
