Roles and Responsibilities:
As a support Engineer you will be responsible for deploying and monitoring our application in different environments and creating required infrastructure when required.
You will share responsibility for the availability and performance of our application. You should be able to understand the problem if an alert is triggered and should be able to point to a possible reason.
You will create different plans, policies, procedures and automation processes for minimizing these alerts and manual intervention.
