Profile 1:- Android developer
Skills Required: Android developer, Android SDK, Java, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hybrid App, PWA, React Native.
Job Description:
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for
scalability, performance and reliability.
- You enjoy working side by side with partners, colleagues and teams on tough problems.
- You have experience working on consumer electronics products, IOT applications.
- You are highly effective and thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple, changing
priorities.
- You know what's important when releasing software to end users and have been through
the process from start to finish.
- You have worked on Android based product and understand how to integrate the different
drivers within the platform.

Required Qualifications:
- BE/BCA/BTech/BS/ME/MCA/MTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Expert Knowledge of Java and the JDK
- Expert Knowledge of the Android SDK and writing multi-threaded apps.
- Android UI Skills (Fragments, Custom view components), debugging and analysis skills using
ADB
- Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST based interfaces IS A
MUST
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for
scalability, performance and reliability IS A MUST
- Experience with version control - Git preferred
- Experience working and building Hybrid Apps is a MUST
- Expert Proficiency in object-oriented development and ability to apply OO concepts
- Demonstrated experience and passion for delivering exceptional UX
- Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-
oriented design and code quality verification is highly desired.
- Experience with the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming
languages (AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and etc.) and open-source technologies.
- Have designed and developed a complete Android app from top to bottom
- Solid understanding of Android UI paradigms.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Knowledge of Industry trends in Mobile App design and development such as - Hybrid App,
PWA, React Native - is highly desired.
Profile 2:- PHP Full stack developer
Skills Required: HTTP, WSDL, XSD, REST, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTML-5, AJAX
Job Description:
- Understanding of web services technologies such as HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.
- You enjoy working side by side with partners, colleagues and teams on tough problems.
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
- A self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of projects and drive tasks to completion
- Experience with other web programming languages such as Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTML-5 and etc.
Required Qualifications:
- BE/BCA/BTech/BS or ME/MCA/MTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Expert Knowledge in any of the PHP frameworks, preferably Yii or Cake PHP framework is highly desired.
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills is highly expected.
- Expert Proficiency in object-oriented programming and ability to apply OO concepts.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for delivering exceptional UX.
- Experience with the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) and other open-source technologies. Have designed and developed a complete Webapp and / or Mobile from top to bottom.

Profile 3:- Sales Lead Generation Specialist
Skills: Lead Generation, Relationship Management, Business development, Market research & Cold calling.
Job Description:
- Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation & converting the lead into prospect.
- Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaign, LinkedIn social media, referrals and other forms of Demand Generation.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Meet the client with given date and time and pitch our product for good sale. Capture every client requirements and his given information in Hubspot.
- Manage every database reports and follow up with the clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification - Any Degree.- Should be able to understand and analyze client requirements.
-Should be confident and Result Oriented.
- High energy levels and Focus on generating business from new customers.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
