A platform which enables people to ask questions to celebrities and other users and get answered in the form of video selfies. The application introduces the user to a whole new virtual world where he or she can connect with a celebrity of their choice by following them. More importantly they can directly ask questions to the celebrities or fellow users by hiding their identity if they wish to.

Frankly aims to facilitate frank conversations between people, be it between a fan and celebrity, a citizen and a national leader, an author and its reader, a father and a son, a woman and her lover or even between a business group and its customers.

Interview Process:

- Multiple face to face Interview rounds

Profile 1: iOS Developer:

- The candidate will be involved in software Development using iOS and Knowledge of Web services/API interactions, Audio/Video streaming, JSON/XML Parsing.

- Good knowledge of Xcode, interface builder, Core animation, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, Core Data, Core Understanding of OOPS Concepts and good command over Objective-C/C++

- Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.

- Experience of developing Social networking application is a bonus.

- Comfortable in a start-up culture based on respect, low hierarchy, high transparency and fast sprint work styles.

- Preferably should have deployed 1-2 commercial iOS applications.

Profile 2: Android Developer:

- The candidate will be involved in software Development using Android OS and Knowledge of Web services/API interactions, Audio/Video streaming, SQLite, JSON/XML Parsing.

- Understanding of OOPS Concepts and good command over JAVA (Collections, Exception Handling, Input-Output.)

- Knowledge of Android related concepts like Activity life cycle, Fragments, Services, Intent, Social SDKs, Layouts.

- Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.

- Experience of developing Social networking application is a bonus.

- Comfortable in a start-up culture based on respect, low hierarchy, high transparency and fast sprint work styles.

- Preferably should have deployed 5-6 commercial android applications.

Profile 3: Python Expert:

- The candidate will be designing and implementing back-end web-services in Python on Linux/MySQL

- Architect & implement scalable solutions on AWS.

- Good working experience in Python & MySQL/NOSQL with demonstrated ability to implement large scale systems will be a added advantage.

- Experience with at least one Python web framework like Django/Flask in bonus.

- Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms, basic fundamentals of web and scalable solutions

- Ability to work independently and seek answers.

Profile 4: Front end Expert:

- Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.

- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time

- Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Front end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of Dreamweaver, HTML5 and CSS3, and at least some Javascript.

Profile 5: UI/UX Designer:

- The candidate will be developing the web front end of a social network.

- Contributing in UI, UX, do some nice animations and add a ton of life and color to the dying web.

- Knowledge in Angluar.js/Backbone.js/ Bootstrap and obviously Kick-ass JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

- Knowledge of Django/Flask will be a plus.
