Profile Offered: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Location: Delhi

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization, Any Graduate in Any Specialization,MCA in Computers, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization.

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 years

Roles and Responsibilites:
Knowledge of Mounting / installation Desktop.
Assembly of PCI card, RAM , HDD and other components.
Familiar with firmware / BIOS upgrade process.
Able to communicate with customer and other partners.
Shall be able to complete required Certification on short notice.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 /2012.
Basis connectivity with Network.
Cabling and labeling knowledge.


Education:

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BMM, BMS, Diploma 1 Yr., Diploma 2 Yr., Diploma 3 Yr., M.A., M.Sc., M.Tech./M.E., MMS, MSW
