We operate out of a brand new state of the art facility in India with a capacity of 750 physical seats that can support 2000+ FTE’s. All the seats are fully equipped to support voice as well as data services. We have an office in the US from where we manage connectivity and logistics within North America.

Tentative date of Interview: will be communicated post registration window
-Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7/8 and Microsoft Office 2007/2008/2010 and any other authorized desktop applications
-Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
-Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
-Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
-Analyze, diagnose and resolve complex desktop end user problems and suggest corrective solutions.
Skills Set Required:
-Installation & Troubleshooting of Microsoft & other developed applications
-Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Desktops, Laptops & other peripherals
-Installation, Troubleshooting & Hands on experience in Microsoft Operating systems - Win XP, Win Vista & Win 7/8
-Ability to troubleshoot problems related to Microsoft Office products
-Ensure Ticket closure within SLA
-Maintenance of Asset & Software Inventory
-Readiness to work in rotating shift
