Job Description:

- PTS% - Pushing the PTS % for T and T+1 by coordinating with Closers, Schedulers and the Sales team to ensure a healthy pipeline. - Dedicated dashboards/views will be provided for him to drive this.

- Escalation handling: Acting as a SPOC for all schedulers and closers to liaise with S&OP/Sales to manage escalations.

- On reach cancellations: Doing RCA on the on reach cancellations so that the necessary steps can be taken to avoid them.
