Profile: Delivery Lead

Gender : Male candidates only.

Job Location: Delhi (Okhla)

Desired experience: 0-3 Years

Target batch Pass outs: 2013/2014

Course specialization: B.Tech/BE/MCA/Graduates/MBA

Probation / Training Period: 3 month

Salary- 14-18 K Per month, (Annual variable component of 10% of salary- based on performance)

Bond: No Bond/No Contract

Tentative date of interview: Post 17 June 2014

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Interview Process:

·         2-3 Telephonic Rounds

·         1-2 Face to Face Rounds

Job description:

Major responsibilities include:

·         Coordination with customer - right after getting an order/ lead

·         Consulting for the right kind of furniture

·         Supervising and coordinating delivery and installation of ordered furniture at customer's place

·         Handling all customer queries regarding delivery timing & location, product information, returns and exchanges

·         Reporting customer feedback back to Management and Product Team

·         Maintaining and Tracking all deliveries. Coordinating with Customer Service, Operations  and other teams

·         Executing various customer delight initiatives taken up by company from time to time

Desired Candidate profile:

·         Should have excellent communication skills, both oral & written.

·         Should be self motivated & dedicated to take up new challenges.

·         Should have ability to manage a team and have the right attitude to flourish with a highly paced startup.

·         Should have management Skill to handle carpenters and helpers.
