Job Description:

-Excellent Communication skill(High Priority).

-Good understanding of SQL Server 2008,2012 and 2014 as DBA.

-Good understanding of database backup, recovery.

-Good understanding of clustering.

-Good understanding of High availability and Disaster recovery solution.

-Good understanding of SQL SERVER performance tuning.

-Average database Troubleshooting skill.

-Advantage if they have knowledge about SSRS,SSIS and SSAS
