Salary: INR 2.5 LPA (depends on candidates's experience ).

Job Description:
Primary responsibilities for this position include: 
Develop master deliverable list for launch 
Program manage launch deliverables, owners, timelines 
Drive launch strategy development and ratification 
Drive arch / product disclosure plan and process 
Partner with a broad set of stakeholders to architect and execute launches 
Forecast and mange global budget and geo allocations 
Serve as the central point of contact for launch deliverable questions 
Management expectation setting and updates on program status 
Own regular agenda driven meeting with HQ and geos 
Host launch coordination meetings 
Drive launch performance assessment and optimization process 
Successful candidates must have the ability to program manage several launches simultaneously. Effective communications, relationship building, and leadership skills required. 
This position interfaces with all levels of corporate managers from executives to GEO, BU marketing, and MMBP. Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous dynamic environment is a must. 
Experience with launch programs and/or CMG marketing a plus. 
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail 
Due to geo coordination required by this position, candidate must be able to hold meetings at geo convenient times. 
Candidate must have significant (5 years) program management experience with cross group management for consideration. 
Highly desirable to have knowledge of data center products, technologies, IT trends. 
Limited travel may be required as per responsibilities.
