Profile Offered: Data Center Operator

Job Location: Pune

Course Specialization: BE or Diploma

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 Monitoring Of Alert Incidents through the monitoring tools.
  • Ensure the Monitoring Tool threshold and alert are in sync with device actual resource consumption.
  • Monitor the Ticketing System until the closure.
  • Monitor the Ticket SLA.
  • Providing proactive response, based on the severity of the issue.
  • Be the L1 point of contact for any DC Infra related technical issues.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support through standard KB/SOP.
  • Technical escalation to L2/OEM Team.
  • Perform L1 Backup Monitoring and Troubleshoot based on SOP/KB.
  • Proper storage and handling of backup media.
  • Support Asset Management.
  • Maintain checklist for SOD & EOD.
  • Vendor/OEM Coordination.
  • Flash MIS & Monitoring Tool Reports from predefined reports configured in tool.
