Job Description:

- We are looking for people who want to build a scalable healthcare business centred around patient care. Healthcare, as a vertical in India is unorganized & ripe for disruption using technology. We are looking for Entrepreneurs who want to do that disruption alongside us. 

- The role of Data Analyst will be to analyse large amounts of data to gain business insights that will be used across various functions at LifCare. 

-SQL (Must Have), Very strong SQL knowledge 

- Excel, Python (Good to have) 

- Should have strong Aptitude. 

- Exposure to Machine learning concepts, Big data technologies (A big plus) 

- Education from a top tier premium college with strong programming skills 

- Knowledge of Business case development, Modelling techniques and methods 

- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis. 

- Good understanding of database concepts and its working. Should know about Indexing, Partitioning, and optimising queries. 

- Experience in custom report development using SQL or any other tools 

- Experience in data extraction, cleaning, integration from multiple sources. 

- Should have either worked on Business Intelligence projects or purely Analytics projects. 

-Demonstrated analytical ability, knack in figuring out patterns in raw data and good problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Analyzing business scenarios by working with extensive amounts of data and generate insights that will be helpful for business 

- Presenting Weekly Business reports on the health of business to various stakeholders across functions 

- Providing solutions for Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommendation Systems, etc. 

- Assessment of the risks of various business solutions and prioritization of competing for business demands 

- Defining problems clearly, collecting and analyzing data pertaining to it, evaluating company processes and procedures, and ultimately recommending strategies designed to solve the issue.
