Job Summary:
- As aData Analyst,you will play a key role for the success ofOutbound Sales Campaigns.
- You will need to work closely with Account Managers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs),Campaign Managers, ISR's to deliver high-quality lead/contact information which will directly impact the effectiveness and success of sales.
Essential Functions:
- Provide operational support for Lead/Contact enrichment - Sourcing relevant Lead/Contact data from external sources (DiscoveryOrg, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) and internal CRM application.
- Refine and compile the Lead/Contact data in consultation with the Account Manager/SDR's
- Ensure Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) have all necessary information for Lead qualification & Sales prospecting
- Capture feedback from SDRs on quality of data and make amends to improve quality.
- Flexible to work in shifts based on need - APAC, EMEA or US business hours
Job Requirements
- Exposure to Marketing and Sales processes such as Lead/Contact Mgmt, Account/Opportunity Mgmt, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Good Excel spreadsheet skills including pivot, vlookup and general analysis of data
- Prior experience of working on CRM applications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree - Required
