PROCESS: Telecom process(UAE)
DESIGNATION: REPRENSATIVE OPERATIONS
ROLES: Customer Advisor
RESPONSIBILITIES: It's a UAE telecom process were they have to deal with the customer regarding any technical / non technical issue for the services with they are getting . Like network issue ,data connectivity ,change of plans, add on plans, navigation, sim lost,etc.
COMMUNICATION: Excellent fluency in English.
QUALIFICATION: Any fresher graduates ,Even undergraduates can apply.
EXPERIENCE: Fresher
WORK LOACTION: Manyata tech park
