Job Description:

-PurpleRain seeks a dynamic, self-starter to assist in Customer Support and Sales Operations. This position is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of business. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales team while learning valuable skills related to sales for a tech company.

This position is an exciting ground-floor opportunity for the right person contributing to a very exciting field.

-You will work in an internationally oriented company located in Coimbatore/Bangalore.

-You will work together with all other employees from different businesses areas and will be thus involved in the development of the business.

More About The Role:

-Customer experience is very important to us and the Customer Support Technician roles are central to ensuring that everyone who interacts with us has the best experience possible. Our support is provided by email and live chat although we also offer a phone support option. We interact with our end-users/customers to resolve technical issues and to process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.

Skills Required:

-Candidates must posess chat support experience and certain amount of IT knowledge

-You need excellent English (verbal and written) with major emphasis being on Written English skills. Fluency in other languages such as French, Spanish,German will be an added advantage.

-Customer service experience (minimum 2 Years)

-Sales Experience is an add on.

-Our customer’s value clear communication, excellent communication skills are extremely important.

-Good technical aptitude for internet technology (VPNs, Hosting and configuring routers is a bonus)

-The applicant should be comfortable with shift work.

-Attributes: Creative thinker, positive attitude, team player, focused, results oriented, problem solving, patience and determination are ALL important to help discover the customer’s issue and to solve it.
