Desired Experience: Should be minimum 6 month experience in any field

Target Batch: 2017-2020

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Probation/Training Period: 24 Days

Salary: INR 1.2 LPA - INR 2.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support requirement
- Candidate should have laptop android mobile phone version 8.1 and above
- High Speed - WiFi - Internet Connection

Skill Set Required:
- General education degree or equivalent
- Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience/ Fresher candidates can apply
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills (English and Hindi-Mandatory)
- Should have knowledge of computer skills

Login Hours: Minimum 6 hours to be logged in a day and maximum will be discussed in detail

- Final Round with Client – Telephonic
