Customer Support Executive(Only Male)

You would be glad to know that you have been shortlisted for the recruitment process with  Konekt Marketing Systems Pvt. Ltd. the position of Customer Support Executive at Bangalore. The salary for this profile would be Upto Rs 3.5 LPA.

 All information about the profile and compensation are given below.

Remuneration:  Fixed + Variable( effect on salary in Probation period / Training period).

• Freshers      : Fixed 15,000 pm + Variable Rs 2000 pm (Total CTC: 2.04LPA).
• Experienced : Fixed Rs 25,000 pm + Variable Rs 4000 pm (Total CTC: 3.5 LPA).

Course specialization: Any Graduates .

Desired Experience : 0 to 1 years.

Role and Responsibilities & Required Skill Set:

• The candidate will be responsible for deploying product at client site and impart training to the client on the product.
• The candidate will be responsible for answering all client queries related to product in future.
• The candidate will be responsible for co-ordination and communication between the internal team and Clients for deployment and resolving of client issues.
• The candidate  should have excellent written and verbal communication skill
• The candidate  should have the ability to think on his/her feet in stressful customer situations.
• The candidate  should be  highly analytical with good problem solving skills.
• The candidate should love to explore new gadgets/technology and interacting with new customers.
• The candidate should have the ability to travel at short notice.
• The candidate should be a team player.

Probation Period : 3 months.

Sourcing Process:

• 1st level screening by HR (Telephonic),
• 2nd level at the Bangalore office
• 3rd will be either a Telephonic or a Skype round
