Job Description:
-Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
-Handling Email communication with customers and support functions
-Customer relationship management.

Skill Set Required:
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
-Good Listening skills.
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
-Customer service orientation.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Problem solving ability.
-Target orientated.
