About The Company: Zealous Services is a leading company in the BPO sector since 2007. They have five branches in Chennai, and they are opening two more branches.In this section, they present a quick overview of the technology piece in our infrastructure, which will enable us deliver highly reliable services to Clients. Their delivery centers possess best in class communication connectivity, physical features, systems and training infrastructure. A dedicated Technology and Infrastructure Management Group (TIM) manages the infrastructure and ensures high availability. This team has the experience in managing hundreds and thousands of workstations and servers, both at Zealous and customer locations (as part of our Remote Server Administration and Remote Desktop Management offering.) Zealous has been consistent in providing an average of 99.997% up-time in the past 7 years.

Job Description: 

Interact with customers by phone concerning various care issues.

Provides hands on support for customer care initiatives.

Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.

Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.

Capturing and applying customers\' feedback.

Skills Required: 

Good communication & listening skill (English).

Good understanding skill (English).

Flexible to work in Night Shift.

Commitment towards work.
