- Experience in Customer Care, Inbound, Out Bound & Email Process.
- Fluent in Written and Verbal Communication.
- Should be flexible in Shifts (Day).
- Should know how to converse with different types of people.
- Taking customer calls and queries and doing bookings in restaurants and resorts.
- Explaining the address and offering of a particular restaurant.
- Explaining the directions/nearby restaurants to the customer.
- Daily reporting about Calls, Dropped Calls and Bookings taken.
- Should have a flair in speaking English and adaptive in Hindi if needed.
