-Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat/Email/call
-Identify and assess customers’ needs, and resolve their queries
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
-Take the extra mile to satisfy customer needs
-Languages: Ability to read, write and speak English and Bengali/ Marathi. Knowing Hindi would be an added advantage
-Patient, empathetic, and communicative
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative would be an added advantage
-Should have good verbal and written communication skills
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
