They are a leading mobile app development firm and build apps in all the major platforms such as iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows, (all native as well as hybrid).

Salary: CTC INR 2.4 LPA

Desired Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate

Tentative Date Of Interview:  Will be communicated post regestration window is closed.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Candidate need to manage customer accounts of e-genie

- Handling return and dispute cases

- Managing orders for customer

- Keeping customer update with account

- Solving customer queries

- Communication with customer and market places

- Knowledge of Web, e-commerce domain

- Good Communication and writing skills, dealing customer queries and communicating with e-commerce sites like Flipkart. Managing customer accounts

B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA
