Job Description

About the Company:
Labstreet is a single point online solution for all kinds of pathology tests (blood, urine etc.) Our aim is to make it more convenient for people to get their blood tests done at-home through quality labs. We help people choose the right lab based on the lab's accreditations, service quality and price.


Desired Experience: 0-3 years

Tentative date of joining : will be communicated post registration window

Salary : INR 1.44 LPA - 1.80 LPA

Job Description:
-Answer calls professionally to provide information about various tests
-Understand customer requirements
-Entering customer's data in the admin panel and generating order
-Coordinating with the lab for order fulfillment
-Maintain follow-up contact with tickets to ensure satisfactory resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
-Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

Skill Set Required:  
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Undergraduate/post-graduate from a reputed college
-Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
-Knowledge of various lab tests is an added advantage
-Smart at handling customer complaints
-Should be hard working & keen to learn
