Job Location: Bangalore

Desired experience: 0-1 Years

Probation/Training: 3 months

Job Description:

- Voice and Non Voice support for our customers / potential customers.
- Handling Escalations.
- Ensuring a good customer experience by co-ordinating with the different teams.
- Opportunity to learn and grow with the start up.
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers by getting their queries sorted.
- Schedule tasks(delivery, service, replacement, relocation, pick-up, etc.) as per the requirement.

Skill Set Required:

- Language known(any two) : Hindi, English, Kannada.
- Proper knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to build productive business/professional relationships
- Highly motivated
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
