Job Profile : Customer Support Executive

Job Location : Delhi

Desired Experience : 0 - 2 years

Course Specialization : B.com / M.Com. / BBA / MBA (Preference is to commerce background candidates)

Training Period : None  

Batches : 2015/2014/2013

Salary : INR 1.8 LPA - 2.0 L PA ( The Salary depends on quality/Skills /performance in interview rounds of the candidate )

Bond : None

Date of Joining : Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Profile :

-To meet with existing / prospective customers

-Help them in their technical queries

-Demo / Installation / handling technical issues at customer end

-Training to customer on usage of BUSY Accounting Software.

Desired Skills :

-Basic accounts knowledge

-Good communication skills & Pleasing personality

-Should be willing to travel (within Delhi)

-Knowledge / experience of any accounting software (not mandatory)
