Salary details: Rs 1.44 LPA to Rs 1.8 LPA

Probation Period: 6 months

Desired experience: 0 to 1 year

Shift Type: Rotational

Bond: 1 year service level agreement

Job Description:

- The candidate will be involved in International Voice Process.

- The candidate will be required to take Inbound calls

- The candidate will be responsible for solving the queries of the Customers. 

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Understanding of Foreign accent.

- The candidates who are comfortable with the rotational shifts are preferred.
