Job Description and Skill Set Required:   
- Provide Voice as well as Non Voice Support to Clients.
- Handling calls and resolving the queries.
- Provide Chat as well as Email Support.
- Provide Back end services to Clients .
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- Maintain healthy relationship with Clients.
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Fluent English (Written & Oral)
- Quick Learner and adaptable
- Should be aware about the current trends and latest technologies
- Go Getter
- Passionate and Enthusiastic about Work.
