Job Description: 

Call existing customers for cross selling and engagement.

Ensure desired productivity and quality metrics are met.

Ensure daily call targets login hours and schedule adherence is met

Adhere to compliance norms.

Skills Required: 

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Exceptional soft skills.

Good at objection handling and Solutioning.

Knowledge of MS office.
