Job Description:
- To act as a single point of contact for customers on resolving the general and technical queries received via e-mails, forums, and twitter.
- To take ownership of customer issues & direct them toward solutions.
- To understand and help customers in resolving their queries/issues.
- Faster reply to customer's emails with minimum turnaround time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have min 1 year work experience in customer support via Email/chat/social media.
- Superior command over written as well as spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills and should know how to handle the seriousness of a customer's tickets.
- Must be well versed with the mobile and desktop applications.
